Refund Policy

In case a booked charter needs to be cancelled on the customer's initiative, the following terms will apply.

• Bookings cancelled up to 61 days prior to embarkation, full refund of the total charter fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 30 & 16 days prior to embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to embarkation, 100% of total charter fee is forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled due to war, epidemic, natural disaster, weather conditions beyond reasonable control may entitle either party to cancel. (Customer will be fully refunded).
